
Rebecca Dowman-Ngapo is a Taranaki born, Otorohanga based visual artist specializing in watercolour. She has backgrounds in fashion design, primary teaching and camp directing and in 2017 became a full time mother and artist.
Rebecca's work is indicative of contemporary New Zealand culture, reflecting aspects of daily life with a child; drawing inspiration from local people/places visited, family narratives and moments in time. She has a current focus on portraiture
